Rocking the ballroom stage will be Crystal McCann of Silktopia! Crystal’s SILKTOPIA silk garments are all one of a kind. She hand dyes each piece individually. She origionally started out as a painter at the Art Institute of Chicago, and stumbled into fabric design as a new outlet for her creativity. Her work ranges from evening gowns and bridal wear, to casual summer dresses and beach wraps. Besides clothing, she has created a full line of hand painted purses, upholstery and silk bedspreads. She continues to grow, expand, and push the confines and limitations of what is traditionally known as fashion design.

Her motto is, “Be bold, be original and unique, be a pioneer, be inventive, be daring, striking, be imaginative, be true and honest to your vision, JUST BE.”
